Booking a visit
These terms cover guest booking on this site with TJ Family Construction LLC, doing business as TJ Construction, 21502 SE 23rd St, Sammamish, WA 98075. A booking asks us to hold a two-hour window for handyman or small-repair work. The price shown is labor. Materials are extra. A card is saved at booking for jobs that are not written estimates, and the bill is charged after the visit. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Contact service@tjconstructionwa.com or (206) 999-5442 if you need to change a visit.
SMS program terms
Program name: TJ Construction booking texts.
Description: If you check the optional box on the booking form, TJ Construction texts you from (425) 699-9646 about that booking. Messages are appointment confirmations, reminders before the visit, and replies from the business about the visit. The program is not a marketing list.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Support: service@tjconstructionwa.com or (206) 999-5442.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book without opting in. Email and the on-site message page still work if you do not opt in or if you reply STOP. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Cancellations
Free cancellation is available until 24 hours before the start. After that, a cancellation can keep up to one hour of the hourly rate. If a payment was already collected, a refund is handled in Stripe by the business and is not automatic. Cancelling a visit does not charge a saved card.
