- Free cancellation until 24 hours before the visit. Nothing is charged automatically for a cancellation or a no-show. If a payment was already collected, any refund is handled by TJ Construction and is not issued automatically.
- Trip fee is free within 15 miles. Farther jobs, up to 40 miles, are $1.00 per mile each way beyond 15, added on the final bill. Beyond 40 miles the job is declined.
- If TJ buys materials, they are billed at receipt cost plus 15% on the final bill. Anything already paid is credited then.
- No plumbing, no electrical, and no outlet relocation.
