Who we are

TJ Family Construction LLC, doing business as TJ Construction, is a handyman and small-repair business in Sammamish, Washington. We work in Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland. What we collect and why

• Name, email, and mobile phone. To confirm the visit, send the bill, and reply if you message us.
• Service address. To check that the job is inside the service area, quote a trip fee, and show up at the right place. We look the address up with a geocoder.
• Appointment time, service, notes, and materials preference. To plan the work and hold the time slot.
• Card details. Stripe saves a card so we can bill after the visit. We store the card brand and last four digits. We do not store the full card number.
• Messages. Notes you send on the site or by text, so we can reply about that visit.
• SMS opt-in. Whether you checked the texting box, the time you checked it, and the exact consent sentence you agreed to. We use this to decide whether we may text you.

Text messages

If you check the box on the booking form, you opt in to TJ Construction booking texts from (425) 699-9646. Those texts are appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies about that booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We use a texting provider to deliver messages you asked for. We use Stripe to store a card and charge the bill after the visit. We use an email provider to send confirmations. Those companies process the data only so we can run the booking. We do not sell your information.

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing service@tjconstructionwa.com. Email and the message page on this site still work after you opt out.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records, including consent and messages, for as long as we need them to do the job, handle a billing question, or meet a record-keeping duty. An admin can delete a test booking, which removes that visit and its messages.
